Box for electronics

The cover of a box with electronics is fixed by five bolts with six-sided heads (arrow). One of bolts has to unscrew through an opening in a cover under a windshield.


In a box with electronics there is a control unit (2) systems of ignition/injection. In the relay switch (1) the heating relay a lambda probe (the engine with a working volume of 2,6 l) or height sensor is placed (the turbo engine with a working volume of 1,8 l).

To protect sensitive control units of system of ignition/injection from high temperatures which reign in the summer in the car, they were placed in the closed box between a motive compartment and a windshield. To open a box with electronics, it is necessary to unscrew five bolts with six-sided heads. In a box with electronics, except the control unit of the engine, in the car with the engine of 2,6 l there is a control unit of heating a lambda probe.

 Council: The cover of a box with electronics in a moisture protective box has to be closed, differently during the movement will blow to the driver in feet.
