Supercharger of air

Arrangement of the supercharger

In the photo the arrangement of the supercharger in the car with climatic installation is shown.


When the box for gloves is dismantled, the engine of the supercharger with a wheel of the fan (2) is available. It is inserted into an air duct (1) from below.


Here additional resistance of the supercharger (2 – near a thermosafety lock) are taken out from an assembly opening in a box (1) supercharger. Shooters showed lock springs from plastic.

The engine of the supercharger of air works at four speeds which are established by the rotary switch "Air Supply and Supercharger" on a control panel. Various steps of speed are reached due to connection of resistance of different size (or their consecutive connection). Resistance are connected to a wire of mass of the engine of the supercharger. Giving of plus current (through a safety lock) remains to a constant – only contact with weight "improves" or "worsens".

Search of malfunctions in the engine of the supercharger of air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If the supercharger of air does not work in one of provisions of the switch, check the corresponding safety lock in the beginning (the table in the head the Electrotechnical equipment).
  2. If, despite the serviceable switch, also screen wipers, the reason in the H-contact unloading relay do not work.
  3. Check of the engine of the supercharger: completely dismantle a box for gloves (the head Salon).
  4. Disconnect the bipolar socket in a wire to the engine of the supercharger, connect two auxiliary wires to contacts of the engine free now: from accumulator plus to contact to which the red wire, and from accumulator minus was connected to contact to which the brown wire was connected.
  5. If the engine of the supercharger as it should be, now it has to rotate at a full speed. If is not present, replace it.
  6. If the drive works not at all speeds, perhaps, defect in one of resistance.
  7. Dismantle additional resistance, carry out visual control. If one of resistance fused, replace all support with resistance.
  8. If additional resistance as it should be, along with violation of conductivity in a wire, as a malfunction source still there can be a rotary regulator in a control panel – replace all control unit with heating.

Dismantle of the engine of the supercharger of air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Completely dismantle a box for gloves (the head Salon).
  2. The engine of the supercharger is inserted into an air duct to heating from below.
  3. Disconnect the socket of a tokopodvodyashchy wire of the engine of the supercharger and take out a wire from an arm.
  4. Lift a lock ledge at the left on the case over a clamp and take out the case of the supercharger of air, having turned it to the left (counterclockwise).

Dismantle of additional resistance of the supercharger of air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle a box for gloves (the head Salon).
  2. Wring out two plastic lock springs below on a fixing payment of additional resistance up.
  3. Raise a fixing payment and take out it down. If it is necessary, weaken glue connection.
  4. At installation pay attention that the main payment of resistance is completely densely established in an air duct. If it is necessary, condense it with sealant.
