To dismantle folding inserts of the air snuffled, insert screw-drivers from sides of inserts (arrow) and wring out them. At installation track that axes of an otkidyvaniye (1) inserts entered in directing (2) (on the right and at the left they have different thickness). |
All functions of system of heating/ventilation in Audi A4 can be operated from the module in a control panel.
Three so-called cables of Bowden pass from there to the case of an air duct which often is called as "an air box". In this case there are air gates which send an air stream to the necessary party.
Replacement of cables of management

- Dismantle a box for gloves (the head Salon).
- The end of a cable will be bent in the form of an ear and it is freely suspended to a control lever in an air box.
- Covers of cables of Bowden fasten in an air box plastic clips.
- Wring out a clamp on a plastic clip a small screw-driver, hang out a clip.
- Remove all three handles of rotary regulators of heating/ventilation.
- Unscrew under them two screws with crosswise heads.
- Dismantle the radio receiver (the head Instrumenty and devices).
- Unscrew four bolts with six-sided heads in assembly mine of the radio receiver, remove the decorative panel of the average console.
- Unscrew four screws seen now with crosswise heads on the module of management of heating/ventilation.
- Now wring out a little back the module of management of heating/ventilation and then take out from a control panel on a diagonal by fixing slips.
- The module of management completely cannot be taken out, but also it is enough of it to reach fastening of cables of Bowden.
- Wring out a screw-driver a countersupport of a cable of management from a hook on the module of management.
- The end of a cable will be bent in the form of an ear and it is freely suspended to a control lever.

- Put small screw-drivers on the right and at the left at a folding insert and carefully wring out it.
- Consider at installation: axes of an otkidyvaniye of different thickness.
