In questions of maintenance of A4 of Audi thought up something new. A4 indicates to the driver the next maintenance by means of the blinking indicator of survey which flashes at inclusion of ignition instead of the run counter. Thus it is not about system which collects data on wear but only about the indicator which is adjusted for time or for run.
The following indication indicates the next maintenance:
- OEL appears through each 15 000 km or no later than in one year even if in a year run was less than 15 000 km. The indicator calls for oil replacement.
- In 1 lights up after annual term to draw attention to annual checkup.
- In 1, besides, lights up at run in 30 000, 60 000, 90 000, 120 000 km etc. as at this run additional works on maintenance have to be carried out.
- In 2 reminds every two years of the next replacement of brake fluid.
