The turbocompressor is faulty?

Laying of hoses and arrangement a turbocompressor – an exhaust

1 – coal filter;
2 – ventilating tube of a fuel tank;
3 – returnable valve of the coal filter;
4 – turbocompressor;
5 – fuel pressure regulator;
6 – inlet collector;
7 – ventilation of a case;
8 – returnable valve of the coal filter;

9 – branch pipe of a butterfly valve;
10 – radiator of nadduvochny air;
11 – vacuum box of the regulator of pressure of pressurization;
12 – draft shutdown valve;
13 – electromagnetic valve of restriction of pressure of pressurization;
14 – valve of restriction of pressure of ventilation of a case;
15 – electromagnetic valve of the coal filter.

Before allegedly faulty turbocompressor is replaced, it is necessary to check the following functions or possible sources of defects along with the defects given in the table of the help at malfunctions: knots of adjustment of pressure of pressurization, supply of fuel, injection, ignition, compression and air filter.

 Council: After long full loading let's the engine work before switching off some time idling.

Dismantle of a turbocompressor

During the works on a turbocompressor it is necessary to observe purity. Before a detachment carefully clean connecting places and their environment, put the dismantled details only on a pure lining, cover open knots for protection against pollution, establish only pure new details, do not work with compressed air near a place of repair and do not move the car.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a wire of mass of the accumulator.
  2. Dismantle the air filter.
  3. Disconnect air hoses from a turbocompressor.
  4. Densely press water hoses to a turbocompressor and dismantle.
  5. Unscrew an exhaust suspension bracket from a transmission.
  6. Unscrew the catalytic converter (four nuts) from a turbocompressor.
  7. Unscrew an oil supply hose from a turbocompressor.
  8. Unscrew an oil return hose from a turbocompressor.
  9. From below unscrew fixing bolts with which the turbocompressor to a final collector fastens. The bent laid on key of SW 12 is for this purpose used.
  10. Strongly hold a turbocompressor during unscrewing and lift it up.
  11. Installation: use new nuts and bolts. Grease bolts of a flange of a turbocompressor/knee of a final collector with G 000 500 greasing in the field of a carving and basic surfaces of heads.
  12. Establish a turbocompressor with all bolts and nuts in the beginning so that it could move a little. For this purpose only slightly fasten fixing nuts / bolts.
  13. Screw up four fixing bolts for fastening of a turbocompressor at a final collector and tighten taking into account the necessary moment of an inhaling.
  14. Only after it tighten nuts on a reception pipe.
  15. Before connection of a hose of supply of oil it is necessary in a connecting branch pipe on the compressor in the beginning to pour a little fresh engine oil.
  16. After installation of a turbocompressor do not start at once the engine on high turns as compressor greasing is still unreliable.
  17. Let's it work within one minute idling.
