Radiator of nadduvochny air

The fresh air which is soaked up via the air filter is accelerated in the compressor and condensed. Not only consolidation, but also located in a stream of exhaust gases (and, therefore, hot) a turbocompressor provide the subsequent heating of the soaked-up air. At full loading temperature of the soaked-up air can rise to 110 °C.

The radiator of nadduvochny air is connected between a turbocompressor and an inlet collector of the engine. It can cool the soaked-up air after compression process approximately on 50 °C before it comes to the engine. At the expense of it filling of combustion chambers improves and, therefore, power increases.

Dismantle of a radiator of nadduvochny air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle shock-absorbers ahead.
  2. Dismantle both air hoses on a radiator of nadduvochny air.
  3. Weaken nuts on a fixing collar.
  4. Unscrew a fixing corner or hang out it.
  5. Remove a radiator of nadduvochny air if it is necessary, unscrew an air duct.
