Water pump
Cooling liquid by means of the water pump circulates in the closed contour.
At the four-cylinder engine the water pump settles down in the direction of travel ahead at the left at the engine and is put in action by a maple belt.
At the six-cylinder engine the water pump is put in action by outer side of a gear belt.
The water pump is not subject to maintenance. If it loses tightness or makes the milling sounds, it needs to be replaced – repair is impossible. The water pump at the four-cylinder engine settles down at the left ahead at the engine.

- Weaken seven screw connections between the forward case of the bearing and the case of the water pump. The wheel of the pump settles down in the bearing case.
- Replace laying between the case of the bearing and the case of the water pump.
- At installation screw up the case of the bearing on 10 Nanometers, fixing bolts of a pulley of a maple belt of the water pump on 20 Nanometers.
- Impose a gear belt, establish gas distribution phases.
- Dismantle of the case of the water pump assembled: the way of actions the same that is described regarding the case of the water pump, but it is not necessary to take off a gear belt. This method assumes dismantle of an arm of the generator and a servonasos. At installation it is also necessary to replace laying between a pump housing and the block of the engine.
- Inhaling moments: arm of a servonasos: 25 Nanometers, generator arm: 35 Nanometers.

Six-cylinder engine
In this case dismantle of the case of the water pump by own efforts and, besides, removal of a gear belt is impossible. Therefore previously find out, there are for these purposes necessary tools.

- Dismantle a klinovo-ridge belt (section Generator).
- Dismantle a gear belt (head Dvigateli).
- Weaken nine bolts ahead on the case of the water pump, remove the case.
- At installation replace laying, bolts in two steps tighten with effort 10 Nanometers in the end.
- Impose a gear belt, surely check gas distribution phases (head Dvigateli).
