Dismantle of separate details

Many details of system of injection do not need the additional description of dismantle. Exceptions are described in the following sections.

Replacement lambda probe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect the wire socket, weaken a wire collar.
  2. Before installation grease a carving with assembly paste from Audi workshop. On probe vents paste should not get.
  3. Correct moment of an inhaling lambda probe: 50 Nanometers.

Dismantle of the measuring instrument of mass of air

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Weaken a collar of an airintaking hose.
  2. Disconnect the socket of the measuring instrument of mass of air.
  3. Dismantle the top part of the case of the air filter with the measuring instrument of mass of air as it is described in the head the Air filter and channels of absorption.

Dismantle of valves of injection

Injection valves (white shooters) can be dismantled only together with a distributive tube of fuel. For this purpose weaken fixing bolts of a distributive tube (black shooters).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle the soaking-up hose between the air filter (the measuring instrument of mass of air) and the engine.
  2. Disconnect and put aside wires of a high voltage.
  3. Disconnect sockets of valves of injection.
  4. Unscrew a distributive tube of fuel from an inlet collector on the engine.
  5. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
  6. Pick up the distributive phone of fuel with injection valves from an inlet collector on the engine up.
  7. To dismantle the separate valve of injection, remove the fixing bracket from a distributive tube and take out the valve.
  8. Installation: before installation replace rubber rings of round section on all valves of injection.
  9. Grease all rubber rings of round section with new engine oil.
  10. Very carefully and on one insert injection valves so that any of rubber rings of round section was not squeezed or damaged.
