At the left: the lateral covering of a back is fixed in three places. Above and below (1 and 3) covering is put on, in the middle (2) there is a screw connection access to which is available from the inside of the car.

On the right: to get access to the top fixing bolts (2 and 3) shock-absorbers of a back suspension bracket in the car with the forward drive, it is necessary to dismantle a back of a back seat or a lateral covering of a back. After that remove sound insulation from polyfoam (1).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Bolt of connection of a depreciation rack, and also it samokontryashchayasya a nut have to be replaced.
  2. Lift the car from two parties.
  3. Fix the lifted car.
  4. Unscrew a wheel.
  5. Prop up and raise approximately on 10 mm an axis on that party on which the depreciation rack has to be dismantled.
  6. Weaken a fixing bolt below on a depreciation rack.
  7. Remove a prop and take out a depreciation rack.
  8. Dismantle a covering of a back of a seat or a back (the head Salon).
  9. Weaken two fixing bolts from salon.
  10. Hang out a depreciation rack by small rotation and remove it down.
  11. Installation: replace laying above on a depreciation rack.
  12. In the beginning hang a depreciation rack on fixing ledges above (small rotation).
  13. If the depreciation rack is inserted correctly, screw it on a wheel niche with an inhaling on 25 Nanometers.
  14. Tighten the lower fastening of a depreciation rack manually.
  15. Put the car on soil on all four wheels.
  16. Only now tighten the lower fixing bolt on a depreciation rack on 50 Nanometers. After that tighten it on 1/4 turns.
  17. Do not tighten bolts on the lifted car – the rubber-metal support is deformed.

Dismantle of a depreciation rack behind

The back depreciation rack is dismantled together with the top cross steering draft. Thus in external screw connection of the top cross steering draft and internal fastening of a depreciation rack are used new samokontryashchiyesya nuts. Besides, you need a new bolt and a new podkladny washer for external screw connection of cross steering draft.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lift the car.
  2. Fix the lifted car.
  3. Unscrew a wheel.
  4. Prop up that cross steering draft on which the depreciation rack has to be dismantled.
  5. Weaken and dismantle a fixing bolt below on a depreciation rack.
  6. Unscrew a fixing bolt of the top cross steering draft on the case of the wheel bearing (a rotary fist). Track that the case of the wheel bearing did not strike on edge of a wing from within.
  7. Weaken four fixing bolts of connection of a depreciation rack and a wheel niche. Hold thus a depreciation rack.
  8. Remove a depreciation rack.
  9. At installation screw up the lower fastening of a depreciation rack manually.
  10. Then screw a depreciation rack on a wheel niche on 55 Nanometers.
  11. Also manually screw up a fixing bolt of the top cross steering draft.
  12. Put the car on soil on all four wheels. If bolts of a suspension bracket of wheels are tightened on the lifted car, the rubber-metal support is deformed.
  13. Only after it tighten the lower fixing nut on a depreciation rack and the shock-absorber on 70 Nanometers and then tighten it on 1/4 turns.
  14. Tighten a nut of a fixing bolt of the top cross steering draft on 50 Nanometers and then tighten it on 1/4 turns.
