Trunk lid
Dismantle
|
|
- Open a cover.
- Remove the triangular warning sign.
- Unscrew an arm of the warning sign.
- Unscrew facing of a trunk lid.
- Disconnect the shtekerny socket of wires to electric knots in a trunk lid and stretch the socket through an entrance in metal.
- Disconnect a hose of the central lock.
- Cast away lock collars on gas-filled shock-absorbers on the right and at the left and remove them. After that it is possible to wring out gas-filled shock-absorbers from spherical heads.
- Holding a cover together, unscrew on the right and at the left two screws on a loop.
- Uncover a loop.
- It is possible to unscrew in addition the hinge from a body.

Adjustment of a trunk lid

The provision of a plate of the lock with a bolt (2) behind at the bottom of a luggage carrier can be adjusted after weakening of both screws (3). The plate of the lock becomes available after dismantle of facing (1) edge of a luggage carrier. |

- It is necessary that the crack between a trunk lid and the left, and also right detail of a body was one width (about 3 mm). Back glass between it and a cover on the right and at the left too has to have a crack of identical width.
- Adjustment is carried out after weakening of screws of a loop/trunk lid. Besides, the cover has to be in one plane with lateral details of a body. It can be adjusted after weakening of screws of a loop/sidewall.
- If the trunk lid knocks or is badly closed, it is possible to adjust the persistent shock-absorber on the right and at the left below on a cover:
- Weaken the fixing screw and shift up or down and again tighten. Persistent shock-absorbers are installed correctly in case they at the closed cover adjoin without tension.
- Check landing and closing of a trunk lid if it is necessary, carry out an additional adjustment of a plate of the lock of a luggage carrier.

Dismantle of the lock of a luggage carrier
|
|
- Open a cover.
- Remove a precautionary triangle.
- Unscrew an arm of a precautionary triangle.
- Unscrew facing of a trunk lid.
- Dismantle of a pusher: cast away a lock collar on the operating bar to a key wedge and remove a bar.
- Disconnect the socket of the central lock.
- Disconnect an air hose of the central lock.
- Unscrew two nuts, remove inside the press button with a drum of the lock.
- Dismantle of a key wedge: remove the operating bar (cast away sideways a lock collar).
- Unscrew two six-sided nuts on a key wedge, take out a key wedge down.
