Dismantling of doors

At the removed facing of a door screws (shooters) which have to be weakened to separate both parts of a door are visible. By means of "magnifying glass" the arrangement of "an adjusting wedge" is shown (3) which for adjustment moves to a greater or lesser extent between "a support of assembly knots of a door" (1) and a basis of a door (2).

Dismantle of facing of doors

Here dismantle of facing of forward doors is described. Facing of back doors is dismantled, respectively, also.

Dismantle of facing of a door, 1st stage: having wrung out a fixing ledge (2), remove facing of the handle of a window regulator (1), then unscrew the handle (3).


Dismantle of facing of a door, 2nd stage: remove a bowl of the handle (4), having weakened the screw with a crosswise head (3), under it unscrew screws (1 and 2).


Dismantle of facing of a door, 3rd stage: unscrew screws (1) from the front party, cast away facing up to take out from grooves fixing hooks (2 and 3).


Dismantle of facing of a door, 4th stage: at the removed facing hang out a cable of the disconnecting contact (1) door from directing (3) and a control lever (2).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle the krivoshipny handle of a window regulator: from an axis of the krivoshipny handle insert under it a screw-driver and press a fixing uvula. Remove a covering to a handle axis. Under it unscrew the screw with a crosswise head.
  2. Remove a bowl of the internal handle of a door after weakening of the screw with a crosswise head down.
  3. Behind the handle there are available two other screws with crosswise heads. Unscrew them.
  4. On the front party of facing ahead and behind unscrew on one screw with crosswise heads.
  5. The button of internal blocking of a door remains mounted.
  6. Now from below on an armrest slightly line with blows of a fist facing of a door up in order that clamps on a reverse side of facing left grooves of a door box.
  7. Remove facing and cast away from a door a little.
  8. On a reverse side of the disconnecting contact of a door take out a cable cover from directing and hang out a cable.
  9. Disconnect shtekerny sockets on switches and on dynamics.
  10. If it is necessary, carefully remove an insulating film behind on facing of a door. Track that it did not tear in places of clamps and contacts of switches.
  11. Before installation of facing insert intermediate rubber details into openings of clamps in a door box (if they departed at dismantle).
  12. In order that clamps moved better, grease rubber details with a small amount of vaseline or silicone paste.
  13. Track that the insulating film was carefully inserted on a reverse side of facing. It has to be inserted into deepening on facing perimeter.
  14. At installation pay attention to that the button of blocking of a door was correctly inserted into an opening in facing.

Detachment of details of a door

For example, after a small damage of metal it can be necessary to remove a door basis from a support of its assembly knots. In this case it is recommended to varnish a new basis of a door before installation. Though after that it is necessary to work very carefully.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle facing of a door.
  2. Dismantle a door as it is described above, and put outer side on a soft lining (polyfoam, a woolen blanket).
  3. Take out from fixing clips of a bar of management of the external handle of a door and a drum of the lock. For this purpose cast away on clips on 90 ° a lock latch.
  4. Weaken four fixing screws on the front parties of a door.
  5. Remove a support of assembly knots of a door up.

Dismantling of the external handle of a door

1 – a drum of the lock with a heating element;

The lock of a door hangs only on two screws (1 and 2). But at preliminary works on dismantle of the lock the considerable volume since it is necessary to dismantle "a support of assembly knots" from a door basis.


Dismantle of the external handle of a door: in addition, it is necessary to cast away a rotary latch (1) and to unscrew a bolt of TORX (2).

Dismantle of the door lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a support of assembly knots of a door from its basis as it is described above.
  2. Unscrew two bolts of TORX on 6 mm.
  3. Remove the lock.

 Councils: In a small series door locks were put without synthetic covering. These locks are dismantled without removal of "a support of assembly knots" from a door.

At installation of the new operating bar between the cylinder of the lock and the lock of a door it is necessary to adjust its length. Length can be regulated by moving of the including plug on a hinge detail from the lock of the operating bar back. Then the including plug again moves forward therefore the bar is fixed.

Dismantle of the external handle of a door

The one who performs this work on the mounted door, has to possess quiet character and dexterous hands.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Forward door: dismantle internal facing of a door.
  2. Cast away aside spring clips of both managing directors of bars (they conduct to a key wedge), hang out the operating bars.
  3. Through dredging on inside of a door unscrew ahead on the door handle TORX bolt T25 key.
  4. Through a box of a door grope the small blocking lever at height of a drum of the lock and cast away it on 65 ° to back edge of a door.
  5. Now remove the door handle inside.
  6. Remove outside a drum of the lock and the external decorative panel. Thus slightly turn the panel.
  7. If it is necessary, disconnect a wire.
  8. Installation: it is necessary to understand an arrangement of details on the relation to each other in the dismantled state. Otherwise with guarantee it will not be possible to install the unblocking lever.
  9. The lever of unblocking is inserted by the handle inclined back and leans back for fixing forward.
  10. Handle of a back door: dismantle and installation are similar, but fastening by two TORX screws – without unblocking lever.

Dismantle of a drum of the lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle the external handle of a door.
  2. Place a key into a cylinder in order that at a pulling of a drum plates of the lock and a spring did not drop out.
  3. Wring out a lock ring on the back end of a drum of the lock.
  4. Remove a lead and a twisted spring, remember their situation for the subsequent installation.
  5. Take out a drum of the lock from the decorative panel.
  6. At installation track that the closed tooth on a gear wreath of capture fell on a hollow between microswitch gear wheel teeth.
  7. Grease a new drum of the lock with spray for removal of a rust and isolation.

Dismantle of window regulators

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dismantle facing of a door.
  2. Dismantle a support of assembly knots of a door. The basis of a door remains on the car.
  3. Completely lower door glass.
  4. Put a support of assembly knots of a door on a soft lining.
  5. Weaken screw compound of window regulator/glass, lift glass and take out.
  6. Drill four fixing rivets of a window regulator.
  7. The window regulator and the mechanism of the krivoshipny handle represent the module and can be dismantled or replaced only together. Not so the situation is with the window regulator electric motor. It can be replaced separately (the head Instrumenty and devices).
  8. Installation: rivet a window regulator, thus in the beginning put the lower rivets.
  9. Adjust a window at doors.

Dismantle of a window at doors

Dismantle of a window at doors is described above. Besides, after installation adjust glass at doors (the following section).

Adjustment of a window at doors

Adjustment of a window in a forward door: the back edge of a window (1) forward door has to enters a sealant (4) support of assembly knots of a door (2), and = 9 mm. The figure "3" designated a back rack of a door. The same belongs to a first line of a window of a back door.

Adjustment of glasses in lobbies and back doors is carried out equally (in a specular reflection).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Glass in a forward door has to enter the back edge (a rack In) a sealant approximately on 9 mm. The same belongs to glass in a back door that for a forward door.
  2. Above and ahead glass has to be parallel to a sealant on all perimeter. In other words: it should not be warped in a doorway.
  3. If it is necessary, draw a felt-tip pen a line on back edge of a windshield (or on a first line of back glass) at distance in 9 mm from the edge of glass.
  4. Establish glass – watch parallelism of the line of a rubber sealant.
  5. Lift glass almost against the stop.
  6. Now check, whether the contour of a sealant and a contour of glass are parallel on the relation to each other.
  7. If is not present, weaken fastening of glass and adjust glass so that it became parallel to a sealant.

Shock-proof laths
