Check of switches

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Needle contact of a control lamp you can pierce isolation of a wire and define, in what wire there is tension.
  2. Find an electric circuit for each switch.
  3. In the beginning it is checked, whether tension arrives in general on the switch; thus it is necessary to include ignition or lighting several times.
  4. Then it is checked, whether conductivity in the switch is in the corresponding family way.
  5. On the example of ignition lock switch knot it looks as follows:
  6. Dismantle above and below facing of a steering column as it is described in the section on dismantle of lever switches in this chapter above.
  7. Connect a connecting wire of a control lamp to weight.
  8. Pierce a control tip isolation of the checked wire.
  9. Both plugs 30 of a thick red wire always have to be energized from the accumulator.
  10. The gray/yellow wire of the plug P is in the position "Ruhestellung" (rest) of the lock of ignition energized and is disconnected at its turn.
  11. The black/yellow wire of the plug X (and also plugs 75) is energized only in the provision of a key of "Zundung ein" (ignition is included).
  12. The thin red wire to the plug 86s is energized until the key is not taken out. Here the radio receiver, and also (for information) the relay of a delay of switching off of illumination of salon and an alarm buzzer in the combined device is connected.
  13. The black wire of the plug 15 receives tension in the provision of a key of "Zundung ein" (ignition is included) and "Anlassen" (start of the engine).
  14. The red/black wire from the start signal plug 50 on a starter is energized only in the situation "Anlassen" (start of the engine)
  15. At the plug 50b the same function, as at the plug 50, serves for preliminary excitement of the generator already in the course of start of the engine.
