Radio receiver

Here the radio receiver is dismantled by means of two unblocking brackets (1 and 2). Unblocking brackets are pressed fixing springs of the radio receiver and entered grooves, at the expense of it the radio receiver is taken out from an assembly opening.

To get access to the fixing screw (2) loudspeakers for reproduction of high frequencies (1), it is necessary to dismantle a door upholstery.

Dismantle of the radio receiver

In Audi A4 the new generation of radio receivers with the wide case is used. In our descriptions we speak about factory installation, it also concerns installation sites of loudspeakers.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Be convinced that have number of a code for installation against unauthorized dismantle.
The radio receiver has to be switched off.
Insert unblocking brackets (sometimes enter a set for installation of the radio receiver) into both a vent below on the frontal decorative panel and take out from grooves.
Take out the radio receiver from the average console.
As a last resort, unblocking works well with the help of two sample plates about 1 mm thick. In this case it is necessary to grasp carefully the radio receiver in openings for cartridges and to take out it from the average console.
Disconnect sockets of food and the antenna.
At installation pay attention to that the fixing pin behind on the radio receiver entered the opening provided for it in a control panel. For this purpose it is necessary to hold the radio receiver absolutely horizontally.
Now press the radio receiver into an assembly opening a little in order that fixing springs entered grooves.
Enter a code against unauthorized dismantle by the instruction for operation.
